The CABTEK Industrial IP68 PG Cable Gland is an ultra-reliable, high-integrity waterproof cable termination fitting designed for unarmoured flexible and power cables in demanding indoor and outdoor industrial environments. Precision-machined from high-grade CW614N nickel-plated brass, it offers superior protection against corrosion, moisture ingress, atmospheric oxidation, and chemical exposure.
Engineered with an advanced trapezoidal thread profile, it guarantees high-torque tightening and maximum mechanical strain relief over broad cable clamping ranges. The inner assembly combines an engineered polyamide (nylon) clamping insert with an elastomeric neoprene compression seal and an external perbunan (NBR) O-ring, ensuring a dust-tight and submersible IP68 pressure rating up to 5 bar. Its shake-proof and twist-proof design prevents accidental cable loosening under heavy vibration and continuous dynamic movement.
