The CABTEK A2F Type Cable Gland is an industrial explosionproof (Ex d flameproof) and increased safety (Ex e) single-compression termination fitting engineered for all types of unarmoured and flexible cables in hazardous indoor and outdoor environments. Precision-machined from high-grade CW614N/CW617N brass, it forms a robust flameproof and weatherproof outer displacement seal directly onto the cable’s outer sheath, ensuring complete enclosure integrity without damaging the cable.

Certified to ATEX and IECEx standards with LSOH silicone seals providing IP67 ingress protection against dust, water jets, and temporary submersion across wide operating temperatures (-60°C to +125°C). Ideal for Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21, and Zone 22 hazardous areas across chemical processing plants, marine and offshore skids, industrial control panels, junction boxes, and terminal equipment.
