The LOYED Insulated Hooked Blade Terminals (Hook Lip Blade Crimp Lugs) combine the installation convenience of open blade terminals with the anti-disconnect security of ring terminals. Engineered with a precision-curved hook profile at the tip of the flat blade, they lock positively against the clamping screw shank or terminal barrier wall, ensuring the terminal cannot slide out even if the screw experiences vibrational loosening.
Precision-stamped from high-conductivity electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP 99.9%) and electro-tin plated to deliver high electrical conductivity, low contact resistance, and lasting protection against oxidation and chemical corrosion. Fitted with an easy-entry flared vinyl (PVC) insulation sleeve that guides stranded copper conductors smoothly into the crimp barrel without strand damage or turnback, rated for continuous operation up to 600V.
