The LOYED V-Series Vinyl Soft Sleeves (Dip-Molded PVC Lug Covers) are designed to provide electrical insulation, physical protection, and clear color-coded phase identification over crimped cable terminals and lugs. Widely specified in power distribution boards, switchgear panels, transformer connections, motor terminations, and busbar feeds, they slip smoothly over cable ends to prevent accidental contact, flashover, and dust contamination.
Manufactured from high-grade, flexible, and flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Their high elasticity ensures a tight, snug fit over terminal barrels without cracking, splitting, or hardening across wide temperature ranges, providing long-term insulation rated up to 600V.
