The LOYED Un-Insulated Cord End Sleeves (Non-Insulated Bootlace Ferrules) provide high-integrity, vibration-proof electrical terminations for flexible multi-strand copper cables where space constraints prevent the use of standard insulated plastic collars. By consolidating loose, stranded conductors into a clean cylindrical tube, they eliminate strand fraying, splaying, and shearing under screw-clamp or spring-loaded terminals, maximizing contact surface area and preventing hot spots.
Precision-drawn from high-conductivity, seamless electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP 99.9%) and electro-tin plated to deliver superior corrosion resistance, long-term oxidation protection, and low contact resistance. Manufactured in accordance with DIN 46228 Part 1, they are ideal for high-density wiring inside control cabinets, switchgear panels, terminal enclosures, and power distribution systems.
