The LOYED Insulated Blade Terminals (Flat Pin Tongue Crimp Lugs) are specifically engineered for secure, damage-free termination into screw-down clamp connections, European-style terminal strips, contactors, and control relays. Unlike round pins or un-terminated stranded wires, the wide flat blade contact distributes clamping screw pressure evenly across the conductor, eliminating wire splaying, strand cutting, and localized hot spots.
Precision-stamped from high-purity electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP 99.9%) and electro-tin plated to deliver high electrical conductivity, low contact resistance, and long-lasting protection against oxidation and chemical corrosion. Fitted with an easy-entry flared vinyl (PVC) insulation sleeve that guides stranded copper wires smoothly into the crimp barrel without strand damage or turnback, rated for continuous operation up to 600V.
