Heat Shrinkable PVC Busbar Sleeves | ZAIN

The ZAIN Heat Shrinkable Busbar Sleeves provide electrical insulation and phase identification for rectangular copper and aluminum busbars in low voltage (LT) switchgear panels, distribution boards, motor control centers (MCC), and busduct systems. Engineered to fit over flat and edge-bent busbar profiles, reducing clearance distances between phases and protecting electrical systems against accidental flashovers.

Manufactured from flexible heat-shrinkable PVC formulation with a standard wall thickness of 160-170 microns. Recovers evenly with a shrinkage ratio of approximately 25% when exposed to temperatures of 150°C using an industrial hot air heat gun.
