The CABTEK E1W Type Nickel Plated Brass Cable Gland is an industrial double-compression termination fitting engineered for single wire armoured (SWA) cables in demanding indoor and outdoor environments. Precision-machined from high-grade CW614N brass with high-integrity nickel electro-plating, it delivers superior resistance against corrosion, tarnishing, chemical exposure, and coastal atmospheric salinity while providing independent environmental seals on both the cable’s inner bedding and outer jacket, combined with secure mechanical armour wire clamping and low-resistance earth continuity.
Equipped with resilient neoprene inner and outer compression seals delivering IP66/67 ingress protection against dust, water jets, and temporary submersion. Suitable for offshore platforms, marine environments, petrochemical plants, industrial switchgear panels, junction enclosures, and primary power distribution systems.
