The CABTEK Industrial IP68 Cable Gland is an ultra-reliable, high-integrity waterproof cable termination fitting designed for unarmoured flexible and power cables in severe indoor and outdoor industrial environments. Manufactured from high-grade CW614N nickel-plated brass, it delivers exceptional resistance against corrosion, moisture, atmospheric oxidation, and chemical exposure.
Engineered with an advanced trapezoidal thread profile, it guarantees high-torque tightening and maximum mechanical strain relief over wide cable clamping ranges. The inner assembly combines a durable polyamide (nylon) insert with an elastomeric neoprene compression seal and an external perbunan (NBR) O-ring, ensuring a dust-tight and submersible IP68 pressure rating up to 5 bar. Its shake-proof and twist-proof construction prevents cable loosening under continuous vibration and mechanical movement.
