The LOYED Female Insulated Disconnectors (Push-On Quick-Disconnect Receptacles) provide a fast, secure, and repeatable connection to male tab blades on relays, switches, automotive components, contactors, and HVAC equipment. Engineered with a spring-tempered female receptacle profile, they deliver consistent insertion and retention forces, ensuring vibration-proof electrical continuity without loosening under thermal cycling or mechanical shock.
Manufactured from high-purity brass alloy and electro-tin plated to deliver high electrical conductivity, low contact resistance, and exceptional resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Each disconnector is fitted with a flame-retardant vinyl (PVC) insulating sleeve featuring an easy-entry flared funnel that guides stranded copper wires smoothly into the crimp barrel without strand flare-out, rated for up to 600V.
