The LOYED Fully Insulated Female Disconnectors (Touch-Proof Quick-Disconnect Receptacles) provide complete electrical insulation around the entire terminal connection, preventing accidental contact, short circuits, and flashovers when mating with male tabs. Unlike standard partially insulated disconnectors, the full-length insulated shroud encases both the wire crimp barrel and the mating female receptacle, eliminating the need for post-termination taping or heat shrinking.
Manufactured from high-purity brass alloy and electro-tin plated to deliver high electrical conductivity, low contact resistance, and lasting protection against oxidation and corrosion. The seamless outer housing is molded from high-dielectric, flame-retardant nylon/PVC with an easy-entry funnel for effortless wire insertion without strand flare-out, offering continuous voltage rating up to 600V.
