Ex d Flameproof Brass Nickel Plated Hex Stop Plug (16mm to 75mm & NPT)
The Ex d / Ex eb certified Brass Nickel Plated Hexagonal Stop Plug (Blanking Element) is engineered to seal or close unused cable gland entries in electrical enclosures, terminal boxes, junction boxes, and control stations. Designed for demanding industrial and hazardous area installations, it maintains the integrity of flameproof (Ex db IIC Gb), increased safety (Ex eb IIC Gb), and dust ignition protection (Ex tb IIIC Db) enclosures.
Precision-machined from high-grade extruded brass and electro-plated with premium nickel, it delivers superior corrosion resistance against saltwater spray and chemical atmospheres. Features a robust external hexagonal head profile for high-torque spanner tightening and reliable environmental sealing up to IP67.
