These Grade 316 (A4 marine grade) stainless steel helical spring lock washers provide continuous tension to prevent bolted joints, machine assemblies, and structural fixtures from loosening under mechanical vibration and cyclic dynamic loading. The split spring ends bite into the mating nut and substrate face to resist reverse rotation.

Grade 316 austenitic stainless steel formulation contains molybdenum, providing corrosion protection in saline, maritime, chemical, and industrial outdoor environments.

Manufactured to DIN 127B metric split helical spring washer specifications for pairing with metric hex bolts, threaded rods, machine screws, and nuts.
