The Hanlong HT-545L is an industrial-grade forged ratchet cable cutter engineered for heavy-gauge power transmission and multi-conductor communication cabling up to Ø45mm (Aluminum up to 400mm², Copper up to 300mm²). Constructed with drop-forged, precision-ground blades, it ensures outstanding cutting durability, edge retention, and clean, square cuts without distorting the cable profile.
A high-torque ratcheting mechanism provides repeatable, low-effort shearing cycle after cycle. It includes a quick-release lever for immediate blade backout, an integrated handle lock, and dual-color bi-component handles with protective finger stops for slip-resistant grip and extended operator safety.
