The Hanlong HT-236E is a professional full-cycle ratchet crimping tool engineered for terminating insulated and non-insulated wire end sleeves, bootlace ferrules, and cord-end terminals from 0.5 mm² to 4 mm² (AWG 20-12).
Equipped with precision-machined crimping dies calibrated for DIN 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, and 4.0 mm² wire profiles, it produces consistent, high-pressure trapezoidal crimps that ensure gas-tight connections and high pull-out resistance. Its full-cycle ratcheting mechanism guarantees complete crimp compression before release, while the integrated quick-release lever enables easy clearance of miscrimped terminals.
