The ZAIN HSC8 6-4 Ferrule Crimper features a 4-mandrel self-adjusting mechanism that automatically adapts to the required ferrule diameter between 0.25mm² and 10mm² (AWG 23-7). It compresses the terminal sleeve evenly from four sides, producing an optimal square cross-section that seats flush into terminal block clamps.
Equipped with an automatic ratchet release and balanced leverage geometry to minimize manual effort during high-volume cabinet assembly.
