The LOYED CHWC Series Closed End Crimp Connectors (Pigtail Wire Splice Caps) provide a permanent, compact, and vibration-proof dead-end connection for two or more copper conductors. Widely utilized in light fixtures, appliances, automotive wiring, junction boxes, and industrial equipment, they ensure multi-strand connections remain securely joined and insulated without loosening over time.
Constructed with an internal seamless tin-plated electrolytic copper crimp barrel that ensures maximum electrical conductivity and low contact resistance. The outer jacket is molded from heavy-duty, flame-retardant translucent Nylon 66 (UL 94V-2) featuring a flared entry funnel for smooth wire insertion and high-dielectric protection up to 600V.
