The LOYED ILND Male Series Fully Nylon Moulded Disconnector Terminals (Fully Insulated Quick-Disconnect Male Tabs) provide completely touch-proof electrical connections designed to mate seamlessly with fully nylon female receptacles (ILND-F series). The integrally molded, one-piece translucent Nylon 66 shroud encloses the crimp barrel and surrounds the male tab blade, eliminating exposed live metal surfaces, preventing short circuits, and maintaining electrical safety in tightly packed wire harnesses.
Manufactured from high-purity brass alloy and electro-tin plated to deliver high electrical conductivity, low contact resistance, and exceptional resistance to oxidation and corrosion. The rugged, flame-retardant Nylon 6.6 housing withstands heavy vibration and harsh industrial temperatures up to 105°C without splitting or loosening, while the built-in funnel ensures smooth, damage-free wire insertion.
