The CABTEK E1W Type NPT Brass Cable Gland is an industrial double-compression termination fitting engineered for single wire armoured (SWA) cables in indoor and outdoor applications requiring American National Standard Taper Pipe Threads (NPT). Precision-machined from high-grade CW614N brass, it provides independent environmental seals on both the cable’s inner bedding and outer jacket, combined with secure mechanical armour wire clamping and low-resistance earth continuity.
Equipped with resilient neoprene inner and outer seals delivering IP66/67 ingress protection against dust, water jets, and temporary submersion. Designed for severe industrial environments, hazardous process plants, switchgear panels, junction enclosures, and power distribution systems connecting to NPT conduit entries.
