The Hanlong HT-236R is a professional ratchet crimping tool engineered specifically for insulated electrical terminals, ring terminals, spade/fork connectors, and quick-disconnect push-on lugs ranging from 0.5 mm² to 6 mm² (AWG 22-10).
Features three color-coded, precision-machined crimping nests corresponding to industry-standard insulated terminal colors: Red (0.5-1.5mm² / AWG 22-16), Blue (1.5-2.5mm² / AWG 16-14), and Yellow (4.0-6.0mm² / AWG 12-10). Its double-crimp die profile simultaneously compresses the conductor wire core and the terminal insulation sleeve for superior strain relief and vibration resistance. Includes a full-cycle ratcheting mechanism with quick safety release.
