The Hanlong HT-514A is a heavy-duty ratchet crimping tool engineered specifically for non-insulated tubular copper cable lugs and heavy wire terminals ranging from 10 mm² to 35 mm². Equipped with four precision-machined crimping nests marked for 10, 16, 25, and 35 mm² conductor profiles, it ensures deep, gas-tight mechanical and electrical connections.
Featuring an extended leverage link mechanism combined with a full-cycle ratchet drive, it dramatically reduces the manual force required to achieve complete crimp compression. Includes a built-in safety release to unlock the jaws mid-cycle if needed, and contoured non-slip handles to prevent hand fatigue during repetitive installation jobs.
